Have the team of Weiss and Benioff redeemed themselves after the legendarily poor reception of the final season of Game of Thrones? Are the actors who carry over into this new series able to transcend their roles from the previous series? Is it possible to adapt one of the most beloved sci-fi novels of the 21st-century into an eight episode streaming tv show without everything feeling...somewhat rushed?
